White & Case advises consortium of banks on amendment and extension of Prosus N.V.’s US$2.5 billion revolving credit facility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a consortium of banks on the successful amendment and extension of Prosus N.V.'s US$2.5 billion revolving credit facility.

Prosus is a global technology company, operating leading ecommerce businesses across Europe, India and Latin America.
