We invite you to participate in the White & Case Global White Collar Crime Survey, which our global white collar team have launched today, in conjunction with the University of Manchester.
To access the questionnaire, please click here.
Premise of survey
The survey is aimed at understanding, contrasting and comparing:
- what anti-bribery measures are in place; and
- the awareness of and attitudes towards bribery and corruption issues;
at businesses operating in a variety of industry sectors and jurisdictions.
To ensure there is enough data from which to analyse and draw conclusions, we are targeting a range of business streams, industries and jurisdictions. We are particularly keen to maximise participation from those in non-legal roles, and from those outside of Europe.
What we plan to do with the results
The survey will be open from 4 September 2017 until 10 November 2017, after which the focus will move to the qualitative, interview phase. If you wish to participate in an interview, please contact the research team at: [email protected]
The results of the survey will be launched in Q1 2018 in the form of a report, which will compare our key findings from the questionnaire.
We encourage you to forward this to other members of your team, and other departments in your company who can also complete the questionnaire. The survey is anonymous and all data collected will be treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
