Law.com International named White & Case partners Noor Davies and Emilie Rogey (both Paris) to its list of “Rising Stars: Europe's Best Up-and-Coming Female Lawyers" for 2022, published today. Law.com describes the 25 women under 40 years old on its list as "Continental Europe's 25 future female leaders in law."

According to Law.com International, candidates for the Rising Stars list were judged by the quality of their client base; examples of driving forward the size or reputation of their practice area; the scale, significance, and complexity of their cases; their client feedback and general market reputation; the standing of their mentor; and any other examples of career success and innovation.

In its profile of Davies, Law.com International wrote: "A standout within the high-powered White & Case global arbitration group, Davies is a specialist in investment law and investor-state arbitration. She has represented Georgia and Georgian state entities in numerous proceedings over more than 10 years, and her C.V. also includes notable victories both on the state side (Ukraine, Hungary, Uzbekistan) and the investor side (the French energy giant Engie)."

In its profile of Rogey, Law.com International wrote: "Selected by White & Case to launch a new regulatory practice in Paris in 2019, when she was just 35 and a new partner, Emilie Rogey has built a team and a client list that would be the envy of any partner at any firm—and she is now actively recruiting new associates…. Among her recent mandates was advising Aéma Group on the €3.2 billion acquisition of Aviva France, which involved… a team of over 50 lawyers across practice areas."
