Three White & Case partners were named "2011 MVPs" by legal publication Law360. Robert Milne and Jack Pace were cited in the "Competition" category, while Jason Kerr was named in the "Energy" category.
The Law360 "2011 MVP Awards" honor lawyers whose accomplishments in major litigation or transactions have raised the bar in commercial law this year. After reviewing hundreds of nominations, a team of Law360 editors chose 92 lawyers who stood out from the pack for their accomplishments in litigation and transactions between October 2010 and October 2011.
According to Law360, "Robert Milne and Jack Pace have proved themselves a formidable team worthy of a spot on Law360's list of Competition MVPs. . . . Antitrust partners Milne and Pace have racked up a list of major victories over the last year, ranging from cases like the Experian litigation where they ran the show to group defense efforts in major antitrust litigation."
Jason Kerr, noted Law360, led the Firm's team for the Nord Stream pipeline project, "working to secure project financing, win regulatory approval and negotiate contracts for an ambitious €9 billion ($12 billion) underwater natural gas pipeline between Russia and Germany, earning him a place among Law360's Energy MVPs."
