Global law firm White & Case LLP was named "Law Firm of the Year – M&A Cross-Border" at this year's Legalcommunity Corporate Awards ceremony, held in Milan.

The jury highlighted the Firm's work on numerous transactions in 2024—almost all of them cross-border—whose aggregate value totaled more than €20 billion. These deals involved key sectors such as energy and life sciences.
