Data law and regulation magazine Global Data Review (GDR) has again named global law firm White & Case LLP to its "Global Elite," the 25 firms "that consistently delivered top advice to multinational clients around the world."

In addition to naming Firm to its Global Elite, GDR cited White & Case partners Detlev Gabel (Frankfurt), Tim Hickman (London) and Arlene Arin Hahn (New York) as "Leading Individuals" in their specialties.

Profiling White & Case for its Global Elite announcement, GDR observed that "White & Case’s busy global practice provides first-class privacy and security advice. The firm has helped facilitate numerous mergers and acquisitions throughout the years, with partners from its data, privacy and cybersecurity practice advising on the data aspects of the deals. It also advises clients on a number of other data- and security-related issues, including cross-border transfers, privacy and security policies and audits, breach preparedness and response, disputes and investigations, and the implications of using the cloud and other third-party services… This wide international presence has helped White & Case lead clients through complex multi-jurisdictional matters."
