Our team's chapter "Developments and Trends in Collective Actions", provides an overview of developments and trends in collective actions from a multijurisdictional perspective, including how the emergence of litigation funds/funders, an increasing global trend towards consumer protection, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic and the rise of environmental, social and governance ("ESG") issues have impacted the growth and direction of collective actions.
