Global Co-Heads of White & Case's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Kimberly Petillo-Décossard, Michael Deyong and Thierry Bosly participated in an interview with the New York Law Journal to discuss the growth of the Practice following the additions of Andrea Basham and Jennifer Cheng as partners in New York.
"The growth of our M&A practice is one of the top strategic priorities of the firm," said Michael. "That growth is in the US and in our cross-border capabilities. The US is a central pillar of that, and so we've continued to invest in that over the last six or twelve months in a very significant way."
Kimberly and Thierry also noted that private equity transactions and deals related to energy and infrastructure are major growth areas within the broader M&A Practice.
