Recognized as a leading corporate lawyer in France, Hervé advises clients on strategic, cross-border transactions. As an avocat à la cour and corporate lawyer, he has extensive experience advising listed and non-listed companies on public mergers and acquisitions, governance issues and related contentious matters. He joins White & Case from Freshfields, where he was partner and previously led the corporate practice in France, and brings more than 35 years of experience.
