Neeloferr Roy joins White & Case as a partner in Paris

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Debt Finance Practice with the addition of Neeloferr Roy as a partner in Paris.

Neeloferr advises financial institutions, sponsors and debt funds on complex, cross-border and domestic leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate finance transactions at all levels of the capital structure, including senior term loan B, first lien/second lien and unitranche structures. She joins White & Case from Linklaters, where she was counsel, and brings more than a decade of experience.
