Ryan Tou joins White & Case as a partner in Hong Kong

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Capital Markets Practice with the addition of Ryan Tou as a partner in Hong Kong.

Ryan's practice focuses on corporate finance, including advising issuers, underwriters and investors on complex capital markets transactions, securities, corporate and governance matters in Hong Kong. He joins White & Case from Allen & Overy, where he was of counsel, and brings more than ten years of experience.
