Global law firm White & Case LLP is continuing to expand its Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and Employment, Compensation & Benefits Practice with the addition of Sarah Remmer Long as a partner in New York.

Long brings extensive experience in executive compensation matters, advising corporate clients and senior executives on compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as on compensation plans and arrangements, governance considerations and disclosure requirements under federal securities laws and applicable exchange regulations. Long joins White & Case from Sullivan & Cromwell, where she was a special counsel.
