White & Case advises Adaptive Innovations on US$50 million Series A funding

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Adaptive Innovations, an AI-native healthcare provider, on its US$50 million Series A funding.

Funding rounds were led by Felicis and Bain Capital Ventures, with participation from Optum Ventures, Sunflower Capital, Conviction, BoxGroup, SV Angels, Dorm Room Fund, Constellation, and angels across healthcare services and frontier labs.

Since launching in 2025, Adaptive Innovations has delivered more than 100,000 visits and partnered with more than 500 referring healthcare organizations, including every major Texas hospital system.

The White & Case team was led by M&A partner Adam Cieply (New York) and Debt Finance partner Eric Klar (Miami), and included M&A associates Matt Shafman and Anna Shao (both in New York); Employment, Compensation & Benefits partner Tal Marnin (New York); Tax partner Scott Fryman (New York); and Debt Finance associate Eriq Yu (New York).
