White & Case advises Ali Group on financing related to acquisition of Bunn Commercial LP

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ali Group LLC (Ali Group), the largest and most diversified global leader in the foodservice equipment industry, on a financing related to its acquisition of Bunn Commercial LP (BUNN®), formerly known as Bunn-O-Matic Corporation.

BUNN® operates internationally in the design, manufacture and distribution of equipment and machines for dispensed beverage solutions, including coffee and iced tea brewers, superautomatic espresso machines, grinding systems, beverage dispensers, water systems and related accessories.

The financing was provided by a pool of financial institutions acting as mandated lead arrangers and original lenders, led by BNP Paribas as global coordinator and bookrunner, as well as mandated lead arranger and original lender.
