White & Case advises banks on €3 billion financing for Betclic's combination with Tipico

Global law firm White & Case LLP is advising the arrangers on the €3 billion financing for Betclic's combination with Tipico, a leading sports betting and online gaming operator in Germany and Austria.

The transaction will create a combined group with revenues exceeding €6.4 billion and adjusted EBITDA of approximately €1.4 billion, positioning the business as one of Europe's leading sports betting and gaming players.

The White & Case team advising on the transaction is being led by partners Raphaël Richard and Neeloferr Roy (both Paris) and Anthony Tama (London) and includes partners Jean-Guillaume Meunier and Alexandre Ippolito (both Paris) and associates Chloé Bouffard, Charles Assous, Claire Sardet, Noémie Jacquot and Imane Lazraq (all Paris).
