White & Case advises banks on Paragon’s debut high yield bond and revolving credit facility

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the initial purchasers on a debut offering by PCC Global plc (Paragon) of €450 million 8.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 and the lenders on a €135 million super senior multi-currency revolving credit facility.

The proceeds of the notes were used to fund the repayment of existing debt, pay certain fees and expenses related to the transactions and for other general corporate purposes.

Paragon is a global provider of business services solutions operating in more than 30 countries.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was co-led by partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan), Evgeny Scirto Ostrovskiy (Milan & London) and Richard Lloyd (London) and included partner James Greene (London), counsel Monica Holden (London) and associates Jere Agbaje, Mash Thidiela and Shushi Hovannisian (all London).
