Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Bridgepoint and its portfolio company European Entertainment Group AB on the issuance of €585 million senior secured floating rate notes due 2030.
The net proceeds of the notes were used in the refinancing of the group’s existing financing arrangements.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Michael Bark-Jones (Stockholm) and included partner Martin Forbes (London), counsel David Tayler (Stockholm) and associates Daniel Agnemyr, Carl Runesson, Vilhelm Oxhammar, Nicklas Sjölund (all Stockholm) and Theon Richards (London).
