Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised The Carlyle Group on a private debt financing backing Stirling Square Capital Partners' acquisition of a majority stake in Iconsulting, Italy's leading independent data analytics and artificial intelligence specialist.
Stirling Square Capital Partners' investment is expected to accelerate Iconsulting's growth and further enhance its technological capabilities in a rapidly evolving market.
The White & Case Milan team that advised on the transaction included partners Stefano Bellani, Giovanni Spedicato and Luca Maffia and associates Nicola Tosin and Daniele Pojani.
