Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals, including from the relevant competition authorities, and is expected to take place during the autumn of 2026.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Shoan Panahi and Sebastian Wallin (both Stockholm) and included partner Michael Engel (London) and associates Filip Karlsson, Tintin Persson, Viktor Fredriksson, Alva Johansson (all Stockholm) and Georgia Callaghan (London).
