Global law firm White & Case LLP and GKC Partners have advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited and HSBC Bank plc on the placement of 90 million Class B shares in Astor Enerji A.Ş. (Astor Enerji) by Astor Holding A.Ş. to institutional investors both in and outside Türkiye, executed via an accelerated bookbuilding process.
The shares were sold at TRY 109 per share, raising US$238 million. The transaction represents one of the largest secondary block trades on Borsa İstanbul during 2025 to date.
Türkiye-based Astor Enerji manufactures electrical infrastructure and electromechanical equipment for industrial facilities and electricity generation, transmission and distribution companies.
