White & Case advises E.ON on issuance of €1.6 billion of partially green bonds

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE (E.ON) on the issuance of two tranches of partially green notes with an aggregate principal amount of €1.6 billion.
The first tranche has a principal amount of €750 million, an 8-year term and a fixed coupon of 3.448%.
The second tranche, issued as a green bond under the Green Financing Framework of E.ON., has a principal amount of €850 million, a 12-year term and a fixed coupon of 3.895%.
The notes of both tranches were admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The E.ON team was advised by the legal department through Dr. Cora Hartan.
