White & Case advises E.ON on issuance of notes with nominal amount of 750 million Renminbi

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised E.ON SE on the issuance of notes with a nominal amount of 750 million Renminbi.

The notes have a term of six years and a fixed coupon of 2.05%.

The White & Case team in Frankfurt which advised on the transaction was led by partner Karsten Wöckener and included counsel Peter Becker and associate Darleen Stöckl.
