Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised J.P. Morgan on Exein's €100 million financing round.
The transaction was led by Blue Cloud Ventures with the participation of HV Capital, Intrepid Growth Partners and Geodesic Capital and follows Exein's €70 million Series C round, which closed in June 2025. The funding is intended to accelerate the company's global expansion and meet the growing demand for protection against cyberattacks.
Exein is an Italian company and global leader in embedded cybersecurity for IoT devices.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Stefano Bellani (Milan) and Andreas Lischka (Frankfurt) and included associates Lina Fiedler (Frankfurt) and Gabriele Costanzo (Milan).
