White & Case advises Icade on €265 million cash tender offer and €500 million green bond issue

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Icade on a €265 million cash tender offer for four existing bonds and a €500 million green bond issue.

The transaction enables Icade to proactively manage its debt maturity structure and extend the average maturity of its financing. The bond issue is the inaugural issue under the EMTN programme established by Icade in December 2024.

BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate Investment Bank, La Banque Postale, Natixis and Société Générale acted as joint bookrunners for the new issue.

Icade is a full service real estate company with expertise in both property investment and property development that operates throughout France. Icade is a listed property investment company (SIIC) and its shares are admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
