Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Intesa Sanpaolo on the placement of 5.1 percent of the share capital in Nexi, a leading Italian company in the digital payment solutions market.
The placement was carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding offering to qualified investors. Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking, Bank of America and JP Morgan acted as joint bookrunners.
The White & Case team that advised on the transaction included partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan) and Ferigo Foscari (Milan) and associates Alessandro Picchi and John Sanders (both Milan).
