White & Case advises Ionic Digital on US$400 million investment in AI-focused data center platform

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Ionic Digital Inc., a digital infrastructure company supporting the expanding needs of AI and high-performance computing (HPC), on its US$400 million investment round to fund the continued development of the company’s digital infrastructure assets. The transaction implies a pre-money equity valuation of US$2 billion.

The White & Case team was led by partners A.J. Ericksen (Houston) and Daniel Nussen (Los Angeles), and included associates Russell Deutsch and Natasha Dusaj (both in New York).
