White & Case advises on Italo’s €1.4 billion green loan financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a consortium of banks on a €1.4 billion green loan financing granted to Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori.

The consortium of banks included Intesa Sanpaolo, BNP Paribas and UniCredit as global coordinators, mandated lead arrangers, bookrunners and green loan coordinators, Banco BPM and BPER Banca as mandated lead arrangers, and ING Bank N.V. - Milan Branch, Natixis S.A. - Milan Branch, Société Générale Luxembourg, Caixabank, S.A., MUFG Bank, Ltd. – Milan Branch, Banco Santander S.A., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank - Milan Branch and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. as lead arrangers.
