
White & Case advises joint bookrunners on PKO Bank Polski’s €500 million green notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint bookrunners on the issuance by PKO Bank Polski S.A of €500 million 3.625% senior non-preferred green notes due June 30, 2031.
The notes were issued under PKO Bank Polski's €8 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme, are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and will also be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. White & Case has advised the joint bookrunners on all six euro-denominated notes issued under PKO Bank Polski’s EMTN Programme.
An amount equal to the net proceeds from the issuance will be allocated to financing the eligible assets portfolio under PKO Bank Polski Group’s Green Bond Framework. The joint bookrunners included BNP PARIBAS, Erste Group Bank AG, PKO Bank Polski S.A., UBS Europe SE and UniCredit Bank GmbH.
