White & Case advises joint lead managers on mBank’s €750 million senior non-preferred green notes issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the joint lead managers on the issuance by mBank S.A.(mBank) of €750 million senior non-preferred green notes bearing interest at 4.335 percent per annum and maturing in 2033.
The notes were issued under mBank's €5 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The consortium of financial institutions acting as joint lead managers included Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Erste Group Bank AG, HSBC Continental Europe, J.P. Morgan SE and Morgan Stanley Europe SE.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction included partners Marcin Studniarek (Warsaw) and Neha Saran (London), local partner Bartosz Smardzewski and associates Dawid Książek and Michał Truszczyński (all Warsaw).
