Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP (NYSE: KRP) on the public offering of 4,312,500 common units, including 562,500 common units purchased pursuant to the underwriter's option to purchase additional common units, at the public offering price of US$14.00 per common unit for an aggregate amount of US$57,658,125.
