White & Case advises Masimo Corporation on US$9.9 billion acquisition by Danaher Corporation

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Masimo Corporation on its entry into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Danaher Corporation for US$180.00 per share in cash, representing a total consideration of US$9.9 billion.
