Overview

Binoy Dharia is a partner in the Firm's Debt Finance practice in New York. Binoy's experience includes advising major commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in relation to a wide range of leveraged, corporate finance and M&A transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, asset-based financings, DIP financings, exit financings, investment grade facilities and dividend recapitalizations.
