Biography

Overview

Binoy Dharia is a partner in White & Case's Debt Finance practice, based in New York.

Binoy's practice focuses primarily on representing private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in relation to a wide range of leveraged, corporate finance and M&A transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, asset-based financings, investment grade facilities and dividend recapitalizations. Binoy also has extensive experience with liability management transactions and financial restructurings, including debtor-in-possession and exit financings.

Binoy currently serves as the Chair of the Firm's Global Diversity Committee.
