Biography
Overview
Binoy Dharia is a partner in White & Case's Debt Finance practice, based in New York. Binoy's experience includes advising major commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in relation to a wide range of leveraged, corporate finance and M&A transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, asset-based financings, DIP financings, exit financings, investment grade facilities and dividend recapitalizations.
Binoy serves as the Chair of the Firm's Global Diversity Committee and Co-chair of the New York Summer Associate Program.
Experience
Representation of CVC Capital Partners on the financing of its acquisition of a controlling stake in MedRisk, the largest US managed care organization dedicated to the physical rehabilitation of injured workers.
Representation of CVC Capital Partners on the financing of its acquisition of beauty and personal care products company PDC Brands.
Representation of Mill Point Capital in connection with various financing transactions in relation to several of its portfolio companies.
