White & Case Advises Morgan Stanley & Co on W&T Offshore, Inc.’s US$275 Million Senior Second Lien Notes Offering

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, as sole book-runner and initial purchaser, on W&T Offshore, Inc.’s offering of US$275 million in aggregate principal amount of 11.750 percent senior second lien notes due 2026 at par in a private offering that is exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The closing of the offering of the Notes is expected to occur on January 27, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

W&T Offshore, Inc. is an independent oil and natural gas producer, active in the exploration, development and acquisition of oil and natural gas properties in the Gulf of Mexico.
