White & Case advises Morgan Stanley on CVA’s €250 million assignable loan (Schuldschein)

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Morgan Stanley Bank AG as arranger on the €250 million inaugural Schuldschein transaction of Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque - Compagnie Valdôtaine des Eaux S.p.A. (CVA).
CVA is a renewable energy company based in the Valle d’Aosta region, Italy.
The transaction consists of two floating-rate Schuldschein tranches with terms of five and seven years.
The White & Case team that advised on these transactions was led by partners Karsten Wöckener and Cristina Freudenberger (both Frankfurt) and included partner Alessandro Zappasodi (Milan) and associate Daniel Gillenkirch (Frankfurt).
