White & Case advises Moura Dubeux Engenharia S.A. on equity follow-on offering of 19,305,019 common shares

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Moura Dubeux Engenharia S.A. (Moura Dubeux) on its equity follow-on offering of 19,305,019 common shares. The shares are traded on the Novo Mercado segment of the São Paulo Stock Exchange.

Moura Dubeux is a medium, high-end and luxury residential real estate developer in the Northeast region of Brazil. The company also has a strong presence in the second residences market segment composed of flats, hotels and resorts, aimed at high-end consumers.

The White & Case team was led by Capital Markets partners Donald Baker and John Guzman (both in São Paulo), and included Tax partner Chad McCormick and associate Thor Fielland (both in Houston).
