
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised ORLEN S.A. (ORLEN), one of the largest multi-energy corporations in Central & Eastern Europe, on the issuance of seven-year unsecured bonds with a nominal value of €600 million and a 3.625% annual coupon.
The bonds were issued under ORLEN's €5 billion global medium-term note (GMTN) programme, are listed on the Euronext Dublin's regulated market and will be listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange's regulated market.
The proceeds from the issuance of the bonds will be used to finance or refinance eligible projects and activities under ORLEN's Green Finance Framework. The consortium that organized the issuance included BNP PARIBAS, ING Bank N.V., Société Générale, CaixaBank, S.A. and Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft.
