
White & Case advises Sidara Limited on acquisition of John Wood Group PLC

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Dar Al-Handasah Consultants Shair and Partners Holdings Ltd., (Sidara), in relation to its offer to acquire Scottish public limited company, John Wood Group PLC, a global engineering business listed on the London Stock Exchange on its recommended cash acquisition.
Sidara is one of the leading privately held planning, design, engineering and project management groups globally.
The Acquisition includes the Wood Group undertaking an amendment and extension of its existing debt facilities, entering into new money facilities and a capital injection by Sidara of US$450 million, to provide additional and enhanced liquidity to the business.
