Biography
Will Lund is a partner in our global Tax practice advising clients across the Middle East and other major international markets.
Will is a transactional and advisory partner who focuses on the direct and indirect tax aspects of complex cross-border transactions, investment structures and strategic tax matters.
With an emphasis on representing both sponsors and investors in connection with a wide range of fund structures, equity investments and financings , Will has extensive experience advising on cross-border investment and structuring, structured and cross-border finance (including CLOs), real estate structuring and transactions, corporate transactions and reorganizations and complex incentive arrangements (including carried interest structures).

Emirates International Investment Company, a company controlled by National Holding LLC, a leading UAE investment group, on its minority investment in Joe & The Juice, an international chain of juice bars and coffee shops.
GFH Partners Ltd, a leading financial institution based in Bahrain, in the indirect sale of the entirety of its 60% membership interest in Roebuck A M LLP. GFH purchase its membership interests in 2020 (on which W&C also advised). Roebuck is a UK-headquartered leading pan-European real estate logistics investor with EUR 2.6 billion of cumulative AUM across seven countries and more than 100 assets, managing a gross leasable area of nearly 30 million square feet globally. Roebuck’s clients include Morrisons, Primark, Royal Mail, Amazon, Siemens, and Tesco.
Goldman Sachs on its acquisition of on its acquisition of MACE Consult, a global consultancy business advising real estate project and infrastructure programs.

The shares were sold outside the US and to Qualified Institutional Buyers under Rule 144A in the US. The sole manager/bookrunner was Goldman Sachs International.
