Sonica has extensive experience in advising corporate clients, financial sponsors and investment banks on a wide variety of Listing Rule and Takeover Code transactions and equity capital raisings, as well as corporate governance matters.

She advises across all industry sectors.

Prior to joining White & Case, Sonica spent more than four years with a leading global law firm.
