White & Case advises Wells Fargo Securities on £9.9 billion takeover of Schroders

Global Law firm White & Case is advising Wells Fargo Securities International Limited, as lead financial adviser to Schroders plc, on the £9.9 billion recommended takeover offer announced today by Nuveen, LLC, a Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America company.

The combined group will have nearly US$2.5 trillion of assets under management.

The White & Case team advising on the transaction is being led by partners Patrick Sarch and Sonica Tolani (both London) and Richard Brand and Denise A. Cerasani (both New York).
