Wilfred Ho joins White & Case as a partner in Hong Kong

Global law firm White & Case LLP has expanded its Global Commercial Litigation Practice with the addition of Wilfred Ho as a partner in Hong Kong.

"Wilfred's experience makes him a great addition to meet the growing needs of our clients in Asia-Pacific," said White & Case partner Glenn Kurtz, Head of the Global Commercial Litigation Practice. "Wilfred will work closely with our Debt Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Project Development and Finance practices in Asia-Pacific to advise clients across a range of commercial disputes involving Greater China."

Wilfred represents companies and private equity funds in commercial litigation in Hong Kong courts and arbitrations under various rules and institutions. He has experience advising on a wide range of commercial disputes in Greater China including shareholder disputes, insolvency and restructuring-related actions, intellectual property issues and disputes arising out of complex commercial transactions. Wilfred joins White & Case from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he was counsel in the Hong Kong office.
