A future where artificial intelligence technology and software robots operate in modern society may have seemed far-off a few years ago, but AI's current innovations have brought that future to present-day reality. With developing AI comes ethical considerations, namely social, cultural and legal issues. White & Case partner Bertrand Liard said that "more work is needed to create AI accountability" and "predicts proving liability will get more difficult as technology advances faster than the law."
