White & Case advises on TotalEnergies’ US$4.25 billion bond issuance

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised a banking syndicate on TotalEnergies' US public offering of US$1.25 billion of 5.150% notes due 2034, US$1.75 billion of 5.488% notes due 2054 and US$1.25 billion of 5.638% notes due 2064, each issued by TotalEnergies Capital and guaranteed by TotalEnergies SE.

The banking syndicate consisted of BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, Natixis, SMBC Nikko and Standard Chartered Bank AG as joint book-running managers.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partner Max Turner (Paris) and included partners Philippe Herbelin, Estelle Philippi (both Paris) and Chad McCormick (Houston) and associates Adrien Dumoulin-Smith, Jaime Lee, Quentin Pipieri, Claire Sardet (all Paris), Joanna Heinz and Nir Fishbien (both New York).
