Biography

Overview

Agmal advises corporate clients, financial institutions and investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions and corporate law matters. He also advises start-ups on venture capital transactions. Agmal is known for his proactivity, responsiveness, availability and dedication to providing high quality service.

Prior to joining the Firm, Agmal worked for the German Consulate General in Bangalore, India and gained professional experience in other leading global law firms. He studied law at the EBS Law School in Wiesbaden and the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon. Agmal also holds a master's degree in economics from the EBS Business School.
