White & Case advises Noteus Partners and Sofina on investment in Scalable Capital´s equity financing round

Global law firm White & Case has advised Noteus Partners (Noteus) and Sofina on their investment in Scalable Capital's equity financing round with €155 million raised.

The financing round was led by Noteus and Sofina and included existing shareholders as well. Scalable Capital is a leading investment platform in Europe. Clients of the Scalable Broker can trade stocks, ETFs, funds and other exchange traded products to build their portfolios, earn interest on their cash balance and take secured loans. Scalable Wealth, the digital wealth management service, offers clients professional investment in ETF portfolios and is also adopted as a white-label solution by renowned B2B partners.
