Her experience also covers acquisition finance, leveraged finance and syndications.
Before joining White & Case, she practiced as a lawyer at a leading law firm in Istanbul, Türkiye, gaining extensive experience also in M&A transactions and corporate law.

Advised the lending banks, led by Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, as global coordinators, on the English law financing of Trench Group, comprising a €1.4 billion senior secured institutional term loan B to optimize Trench Group's capital structure and support its investment plan.

Advised a syndicate of banks on the extension and increase of a syndicated financing and subsequent repricing for Befesa S.A., a recycling services provider for hazardous waste in the steel and aluminium industry. The financing included term loan B, revolving credit, and guarantee facilities, totalling €785 million.
