Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the lending banks, led by Morgan Stanley and Bank of America as global coordinators, on the financing of Trench Group.
The financing under English law includes a €1.4 billion senior secured institutional term loan B (TLB).
The funds will be used, among other things, to optimize Trench Group's capital structure and support the company's investment plan. The financing is also a reflection of Trench Group's strong growth since its acquisition by Triton Partners in 2024.
Trench Group is a leading global provider of components and systems for high voltage power transmission and a Triton Partners portfolio company.
