White & Case advises Delivery Hero on US$1.4 billion syndicated loan financing

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Delivery Hero SE, the world's leading local delivery platform, on raising an aggregate amount of US$1.4 billion in additional term loans maturing in June 2032.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Gernot Wagner, Vanessa Schürmann and Yannick Adler (all Frankfurt) and included partners Justin Wagstaff (New York), Thilo Diehl and Sebastian Schrag (both Frankfurt) and Benjamin Morrison (London), local partner Timo Lockemann, and associates Yulia Chembulatova, Busra Ustuntas and international attorney Monica Andonegui (all Frankfurt).
