WOM S.A., a large wireless telecommunications company in Chile, and certain of its affiliates, with respect to the restructuring of over US$1 billion of unsecured debt in their chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Crédito Real, one of Mexico's largest non-bank financial institutions, and its foreign representative in obtaining recognition and full force and effect in the United States of its financial and operational restructuring of over US$2.5 billion indebtedness, including the dismissal of an involuntary chapter 11 filing, successful sale of U.S. assets in its chapter 15 case, and obtaining recognition and full force and effect in the United States of its Mexican-based insolvency proceeding.
