Biography

Dario de Martino is a partner and Co-Head of the US Corporate Technology M&A Group in White & Case's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and is based in the Firm's New York office. Dario advises Fortune 500, international and growth companies on a wide range of complex corporate transactions, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, as well as corporate governance matters.

Dario frequently counsels clients on transformative matters involving cryptocurrency and other digital assets, blockchain-enabled technologies and innovative technology-driven business models. He represents a broad array of major US-based and multinational technology companies (including AI and machine learning, software, semiconductors, IoT and cloud computing), financial services institutions, life sciences and healthcare companies and industrial businesses.

He has extensive experience advising European and Japanese corporates on US-centric M&A transactions across diverse sectors and deal structures. Dario is also a frequent speaker and writer on M&A topics, with a particular focus on emerging and innovative technologies.
